Beer Descriptions:
Regular Silhouette: Silhouette Barrel Aged Stout is brewed in the style of an Imperial Stout and aged in Bourbon Barrels for up to 4 years. Aromas of coffee, molasses, chocolate and prune meld with an intense dark roasted character. This beer is complex, rich and full bodied. Its wild spirit will warm the senses, illuminate the soul, and grow into a traditional favorite…no matter what season. 11% ABV
Vanilla Bean Silhouette: Silhouette Barrel Aged Stout with Vanilla Beans is brewed in the style of an Imperial Stout and aged in Bourbon Barrels with whole Madagascar vanilla beans for up to 4 years. Aromas of coffee, molasses, chocolate and prune meld with the vanilla and an intense dark roasted character. This beer is complex, rich and full bodied. Its wild spirit will warm the senses, illuminate the soul, and grow into a traditional favorite…no matter what season. 11% ABV
Brandy Barrel Aged Mission Fig and Orange Silhouette: Silhouette Brandy Barrel Aged Mission Fig and Orange infused stout is brewed in the style of an Imperial Stout and aged in Brandy Barrels with whole Mission Figs and Orange Peel. Aromas of coffee, molasses, chocolate and prune meld with the sweet earthy figs and orange citrus. This beer is complex, rich and full bodied and will grow into a traditional favorite…no matter what season. 11% ABV
Lift Bridge Brewery will be creating a pre-order and taproom pickup system for these bottles. Our taproom is currently closed for onsite consumption due to the current Covid 19 regulations. Our Taproom is open for to-go Beer sales and Merchandise sales. If restrictions change by the pick up date, we may be open for on-site consumption and will notify the public through social media channels.

What time do sales open?
Online sales will open at 12:00 PM on December 29th.
When can I pick-up my pre-purchased bottles?
Pre-Purchased Bottles can be picked up starting in the taproom starting January 14 at 2pm. Our Taproom hours are Thursday – Sunday 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM until further notice. Please wear a mask when entering our taproom.
Can I bring in my own growler to have it filled with Silhouette?
No, we will not have Growler fills available for Silhouette.
Do I need to bring my Eventbrite Ticket with me to pick up my bottles?
Yes – OR bring your mobile device with the ticket QR Code.
Can I purchase additional bottles of Silhouette when I pick-up my bottles?
Yes, however we will have a limited supply of Silhouette bottles, if any, available for purchase in our taproom.
Please see the following notes for success and FAQ’s:
– Upon successful transaction, you will receive an order confirmation, which you must bring to the Brewery for redemption on the date specified on your ticket during regular business hours. This can be either printed or on your smartphone.
– Must have valid 21+ ID to redeem orders.
-Because of concerns over COVID-19, we will allow proxy pick-ups of bottles, provided the pick up person has a valid 21+ ID, and the proper tickets.
