The Smug Pug truck takes inspiration from our favorite street foods in Chicago. After living in Chicago for many years, we wanted to bring those flavors to Minnesota. We serve classic street tacos, hearty sandwiches, scratch-made soups, and Vienna Beef hot dogs.

We source our ingredients as local as possible and love to bring a little heat to our food, especially in our salsas and Giardineria.

We're teaming up with our friends at SFA - the Sustainable Farming Association of Minnesota to kick off spring with a FARM DAY parking lot party at the brewery. In Bloom is a celebration of community, gardening, and sustainability right here in our hometown of Stillwater.

Meet fellow plant people, farmers, and hobbyists at this free, all-ages celebration of Spring. We'll have a variety of awesome local vendors and FREE community tables to swap seeds, plants, and seedlings with fellow gardeners, bring your own to swap!

Please join me for a great afternoon of creativity, beer, and hilarious conversations! It is SO much fun! The Door Hanger Sign Class is on Sunday, May 18, 2025, at Lift Bridge Brewing in Stillwater, MN. 

You have your choice of eight designs for your 18" door hanger. You now have your choice of two Class times: the 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM Class or the 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM Class. EVERYTHING is included, too, even a brewski/beverage on me! Beer, Seltzers, Slushies, Sodas & N/A Mocktails are available...something for everyone!

The last day to register is Wednesday, May 14th, and is limited to 15 participants at each session.
