Presenting the Miles for Military Virtual Challenge to support veterans assistance nonprofit 23rd Veteran, and for a chance to win special prizes! Starting on Saturday, May 23 through Monday, May 25 (Happy Memorial Day!), Minnesotans are encouraged to show their support on social media for local military members and veterans with a walk or run at a distance of their choice. Participants can share their distance completed on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram using the hashtag #Miles4MilitaryMN and tagging 93X RADIO, Lift Bridge and 23rd Veteran. A select number of winners will be announced and rewarded with prize packs from all three brands.
Earlier this year, Lift Bridge Brewing Company launched its second collaboration with 93X, the Half-Assed IPA (4.5% ABV, 53 IBU), an American India pale ale featuring a burst of citrusy hops without being bitter or heavy. A portion of profits from the sale of the Half-Assed IPA benefits Minnesota-based 23rd Veteran.
